After spending many years in banking and helping customers, the most important thing I understood was that. – People struggle with money because they have no one to explain banking in simple language.

I have spent 20 years in retail branch banking, handling various departments and portfolios. I have handled loan processing, Account services, customer disputes and complaints, and day-to-day branch functions. I have helped thousands of customers in making better financial decisions.
I have expertise in loans, deposits, compliance handling, banking documentation, customer service resolution, financial planning, savings and current accounts, credit cards, and demat queries.
What Inspired Me to Create This Blog
In day-to-day interactions with people at the bank, I found they were struggling with banking because of a lack of understanding and were unable to make sound financial decisions. I saw people confused because there were many products available, and they couldn’t choose the one that met their needs. Also, I saw many people were unable to resolve their NetBanking, UPI, and credit card queries due to a lack of understanding.
This blog is created to help people solve their problems and pain points in banking, from home without going to the bank, and understand banking products in a simple, easy way, saving their time and money.
